Toy maker Qualia collaborates with Japanese illustrator, manga artist and animal lover Ponkichi for figures that play onJapanese word pun. Ponkichi originally fused animals and vegetables into fantastical creatures as an effort to get young children to like vegetables. The figures come with a ball chain and there are 6 to collect: Giant squid, Cuttlefish, Key squid, Closed cuttlefish, Closed cuttlefish (yellow skin), Closed cuttlefish (black skin).
